Collaborate Sessions with Dr. Farabaugh and Robin Smith - assigned dates sent out to students (10/23; 10/24; 10/ 30)

 

11/30/2018    Class Meeting -MANDATORY-2-7PM

      (videoconf to AGH and Kaiser)

Overview of 4th Year and meet with Pathway Directors

 

On-line Presentation will be made available in December (mandatory for all students to watch prior to 12/31/2018)  

 

TBD      On-line course entry begins (target January 2019)

 

Meet with Pathway Director to obtain advising and get Pathway Advising Form #1 - Scheduling Approval Form signed (these may be faxed following advising) -- make contact soon --- they have full schedules

 

You do not have to wait for your meeting to enter your selections, you may make modifications up until the deadline.

 

You have just over two weeks to enter all of your information into DOCSS and get your Scheduling Approval Form signed and submitted (your Pathway director may want a meeting [in person or via telephone] prior to signing off...do not wait until the last week to contact the Pathway Director! You may enter lottery information and then make any adjustments following your discussion with your Pathway Director.

 

1/14/2019       Target date for DEADLINE:

Completed Pathway Advising Form #1 - Scheduling Approval Form signed by the Pathway Director submitted to the Division of Clinical Education

 

1/28/2019       Target date for DEADLINE:

 

No Pathway changes may be made until after schedules are posted and additional instructions are provided.

 

TBD    Target date TBD - Schedules posted view only. Instructions for next steps sent via email.

TBD     Electronic Add/Drop will begin with randomized log-on (email sent to each student with logon time)

4/15/18         Paper Add/Drop will begin no later than; electronic add/drop continues

4/15/18       Initial confirmation with clinical sites must be made no later than

 

Until TBD, we will operate under the "lottery" guidelines. You do not have to have a signature unless a course is by arrangement only. After TBD, this requirement will no longer be waived.

 

After TBD all add/drops must be consistent with guidelines in the Catalogue (signature if required) and University policy (signed by Pathway Director if pathway required, etc).
