Better Time Management!

Always Make a REALISTIC weekly/hourly schedule that include:

  1. Activities you're Committed too: Eating, sleeping, classes, excercises, mandatory meetings.

  2. Studying: After assessing your optimum learning enviroment, schedule your self in that environment.

  3. Life Maintenance Activities: Laundry, grocery shopping, importaint phone calls - best scheduled in your low energy time slots.

  4. Protective Time: Make sure you have guilt free relaxation and restorative time to watch TV, hang out with friends, etc.

  5. Besure to give yourself enough time for each item to include time for packing/unpacking, transportation, etc. You don't want to find that you're always behind schedule.

  6. Stick to your schedule!

Stop Procrastination!

  1. Avoid calling yourself a procrastinator.

  2. Figure out how you procrastinate and avoid it. (Cleaning, clipping nails, reading magazines, waiting to be inspired.)

  3. Break the habit with assessing your optimum study environment and making a schedule. (see above)

  4. It doesn't have to be perfect, it just have to be done.
