A dialog box will appear asking you what Firefox should do "When downloading files like this". If Flip4Mac was installed correctly, the current selection will read: 'Use this Plugin: Flip4Mac Windows Media Plugin 2.1'. This must be changed to QuickTime Player. Select the choice Open them with this application: and press the Browse... button to choose the application. The 'Select Helper Application' dialog should open.

- In the 'Select Helper Application' dialog box, select Applications -> QuickTime Player and press Open.
- Once the choice is correct, press 'OK' to close the dialog box. If there is more than one entry that contains the File Type "Windows Media Audio/Video Playlist" then follow the above instructions for all of them.
