About Drexel University and DrexelMed Usernames and Passwords

All faculty and residents in the College of Medicine are issued two usernames, each of which has its own separate password.

Your Drexel University username consists of your initials and several numbers (e.g., abc123).  You will use this account to access the DrexelOne Portal ( for library and other resources.  You can set up your Drexel University account and manage your password at

Your DrexelMed username consists of your first initial plus the first seven letters of your last name (e.g., jsmith).  Your DrexelMed e-mail address will be your username (e.g., and you can access your e-mail and manage your password at  For assistance in setting up and managing your DrexelMed account, please call the Help Desk at (215) 762-1999.

To access most private DrexelMed web resources, including those on the Medical Education web server (, you may use either your Drexel University or your DrexelMed username/password combination.
