Choose from any of the topics and view the didactic lecture complete with automatically advancing slides, lecturer's mouse pointer and narrated audio. Navigational controls allow you to scan forward or reverse through the slides.

The requirements to view the on-line program are:

• Windows XP or Vista/Macintosh OS9 or OS10
• Adobe Flash player
• Internet connection*
• Audio speakers/headphones
• Valid VISA or Mastercard credit card (for user registration only)
• An e-mail address (for registration and password delivery)

* A broadband connection such as Cable Modem, DSL, or LAN is required for reliable, continuous delivery of content to your computer. A slower internet connection such as a 56K modem is not suggested. Users may have differing experiences based on internet service providers.
