Transcripts and Other Services
Upon acceptance to the Drexel University College of Medicine, new students are requested to satisfy the following requirements for matriculation. These items must be forwarded to the Registrar's Office in the College of Medicine prior to or at the time of registration.
Photographs-Two 2 1/2" x 2 1/2" passport photographs (full face, no hat). Snapshots will not be accepted. These photographs become a part of the permanent student record and cannot be borrowed or removed for any reason.
One original, official, final transcript, bearing the college or university seal and signed by the Registrar of each of the undergraduate, graduate and professional schools attended. These transcripts must be mailed directly to the school of medicine Registrar by the Registrar of the college issuing the transcript. If a degree was obtained from an institution, this must be so indicated on the transcript. College transcripts for courses taken during the summer prior to matriculation must be received in the Registrar's Office in the College of Medicine by September 1 of the student's entering year. (Note that these transcripts are in addition to those sent to AMCAS. Personal or other copies of transcripts will not be accepted.)
Health and Immunization Forms (mailed to students).
Documentation of Health Insurance coverage meeting the standard defined by the University.
Students are responsible for completing the materials in the registration packet and returning them to the Registrar's Office in the College of Medicine. The packet includes for first year students, Banner Web instructions, health insurance certification form, Criminal Background Clearance, Child Abuse Clearance and, for fourth-year students, the commencement, diploma, regalia and other forms requesting information needed for graduation or commencement activities. It may, when needed, contain required questionnaires and/or requests for listings of extracurricular activities.
Please note: It is imperative that you access Banner Web-Based Services through DrexelOne in order to update your personal information such as your local mailing address, billing, and permanent addresses. The following URL: http://one.drexel.edu is to be used when updating your information. This updating will ensure that information regarding billing/tuition; correspondence regarding upcoming events, and other college related issues would reach you in a timely manner. You must first go to http://www.drexel.edu/computeraccounts to pick up your account along with your userid and password.
All forms must be received by the Registrar’s Office before a student is authorized to attend class. Failure to prepare and return forms by the assigned date and time incurs a late fee of $25
All offers of admission to the first year or to an advanced class are provisional, pending receipt and evaluation of final transcripts. As noted above, transcripts must be sent directly from the appropriate Registrar's Office to the school of medicine Registrar's Office. These and all other materials requested by the Registrar in conjunction with the admissions process must be received to complete a student's enrollment. Submission of false or misleading information in the application materials or in connection with the application process will be considered by the Admissions Committee and/or the Student Promotions Committee as grounds for withdrawal of the acceptance offer, dismissal or recision of degree.
Financial records of parents are not accessible to the student under any circumstances and are restricted to the use of the Office of University Student Financial Affairs.

Tuition and Fees – Late Payment
The Office of the Registrar will not act on students’ or graduates’ requests for transcript or other Registrar transactions in circumstances where tuition and/or fees are delinquent.
