Disclosure of Commercial Relationships
Disclosure of Commercial Relationships can be completed on the web by both Drexel University College of Medicine Faculty and Staff and Non-Drexel University College of Medicine individuals.
Accessing the System
1. Click on "My Disclosure"
2. Log in using your DrexelMed UserName and password1. Contact Mattie Miller in The CME Office at (215) 762-2583.

2. Click on "My Disclosure"
3. Login using the provided UserName and password.
*Special instructions for individuals that are "Planners" for regularly scheduled series (Grand Rounds, M&M's, Tumor Board, etc.)
In section III of the program, you are required to enter "Conference Activity Type" and "Your presentation title/topic". Enter the same information in both boxes ( i.e. for "Conference Activity Type" enter Neurology Grand Rounds and for "Your presentation title/topic" enter Neurology Grand Rounds). For the activity date, enter the first day of the month that the activity takes place (i.e. your program runs
July 1, 2008-June 30, 2009 enter July 1, 2008).
