the Drexel University College of Medicine is to prepare our medical graduates

of laboratory studies or patient care.
- Hear and communicate effectively in oral and written English with
patients and members of the health care team.
- Have appropriate fine-motor skills to perform a complete physical
examination, do basic laboratory tests, carry out diagnostic procedures,
and provide general care or emergency treatment.
- Be able to measure, calculate, analyze, and synthesize information
needed for effective and timely problem solving. In addition, must be
able to comprehend the spatial relationships of anatomic structures.
- Possess emotional health needed to develop and maintain a professional
and therapeutic relationship with patients and those who care for them,
and cope effectively with the demands and obligations associated with
medical education and patient care.

In accordance with law and Drexel University College of Medicine policy,
