SPECIAL STUDENT REQUIREMENT PRIOR TO ARRIVAL: All students are required to complete the Medical Student Information Form at least two weeks prior to arrival at Reading Hospital.  This form can also be found on the  Reading's Student Information Page. You must provide Reading with at least the last 4-digits of your SS# in order to set up a hospital computer account for you. The Division of Clinical Education does not provide SS#s to any clinical sites.

Parking
To receive your parking and your picture ID Badger, please have the following information with you:  License plate number, year, make and model of your car.  Adeposit of $10.00 is required to receive the decal and card.  You will receive designated parking once the form is completed.  This card also allows you to enter the LDRP Unit after hours.

Housing
Housing is provided in a resident/student dorm.  Due to the limited number of rooms and the numer of medical students rotating at The Reading Hospital, you may have to share a room with another medical student.  Rooms have two single beds and a private bath/shower - towels and linens are provided.  Please try to arrive in a timely fashion.
