I am delighted to welcome you to the Crozer-Chester Medical Center (CCMC), 15 miles south of Philadelphia's City Hall on Interstate 95. We are one of the 400 members of the Council of Teaching Hospitals, we are licensed for 436 beds, and our campus is just over 70 acres in size. We have been a major Clinical Campus of the School of Medicine for over 25 years with over 100 medical students on site daily in the Departments of Medicine, Surgery, Pediatrics, Obstetrics and Gynecology, Psychiatry, Family Practice and Neurology, with full-time educators in each department. The active Interventional Radiology, Cardiology, Cardiac Surgery, Nephrology, Trauma Program and our large Regional Burn Center all add to the blend of highly personalized care and education at our institution.
We look forward to our continuing opportunity to participate in the educational program of MCP Hahnemann University during all four years of medical school.
We look forward to meeting you!
James E. Clark, M.D., FACP
Professor of Medicine and Associate Dean
