SPECIAL STUDENT REQUIREMENT PRIOR TO ARRIVAL: All students are required to complete the Medical Student Information Form at least two weeks prior to arrival at Reading Hospital. You must provide Reading with at least the last 4-digits of your SS# in order to set up a hospital computer account for you. The Division of Clinical Education does not provide SS#s to any clinical sites.

Parking
To receive your parking pass, please e-mail your vehicle information to the Medical Student Coordinator at the two weeks prior to the start of your rotation.

Housing
Housing is provided in a resident/student dorm.  Due to the limited number of rooms and the numer of medical students rotating at The Reading Hospital, you may have to share a room with another medical student.  Rooms have two single beds and a private bath/shower - towels and linens are provided. You may move into your room the Sunday before the start of your rotation.

Housing Sign-In
A Welcome E-mail with information about housing, parking meals, ID badge, etc will arrive about a month before your rotation. A Welcome Packet with instructions, dorm keys, ID badge, parking pass, etc. will be available for pick up at the 5th Avenue Lobby Information Desk the Friday before your rotation starts. You may move into your room the Sunday before the start of your rotation.
